About the role:
We are looking for a Finance Manager / Tax Accountant to manage financial processes and reporting for the US market. The role combines financial analytics, reporting, and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards (with technical support).
- Integrate financial processes with CRM systems.
- Analyze unit economics (costs per project/property).
- Prepare financial reports:
- P&L (monthly / quarterly / yearly).
- Company balance (quarterly).
- Prepare investor reports.
- Handle US Sales Tax reporting.
- Manage and oversee 2 accountants.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in finance / accounting.
- Experience with financial analytics.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools.
- Understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet).
Nice to have:
- Experience with US tax (Sales Tax).
- Experience with CRM / financial integrations.
- Experience in international companies.
